By requesting a commission, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms of service

I retain the right to refuse any commission

All reference material and requirements should be provided before work is started

All parties are expected to communicate clearly and respectfully

All payment is through PayPal - I will request your email and send you an invoice

All prices listed in USD

50% of payment required up front, 50% after approval of sketch (or full upfront payment)

Tips are accepted but not necessary!

Discussion of commission and price quote → 50% payment required → sketch revision and approval → last 50% of payment required → completion of commission → acceptance of final piece.

General 4 week turnaround. If I am not able to honor this time period, I will get in contact with you.

Minor revisions at sketch stage are free - major revisions may come with extra cost

Minor revisions/tweaks on finished piece may be considered, but major revisions may also come with extra cost

In either case, feel free to discuss with me so you're satisfied with the final product!

Once the final product is accepted, no further revisions or edits will be made

I retain full rights to the work produced, including posting, printing, distributing, personal/commercial use

Art may not be edited, traced, claimed as your own, reproduced, or altered. Signature/watermark may not be cropped out or removed.

Art may be reposted/shared/used as online profile pictures, wallpapers, etc., with proper credit

Use of AI in any way is prohibited. I do not give permission for my art to be used to train or be modified in any capacity by AI, including 'Grok', 'Chat GPT', 'Sora AI', and any other AI tools. Use of my art for NFTs is also prohibited.

All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon

I retain the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time.

Cancellations before finalization of sketch will recieve a 50% refund

Refund requests will not be accepted after approval of sketch

Chargebacks will result in blacklisting
